Use Your Allowance Your Way
Each plan includes a monthly door limit and a maximum number of collections. You choose how to split them — one large collection or several smaller ones. Your plan ends for the month when either limit is reached, whichever comes first.
Need an Extra Collection?
If you exhaust your monthly call-out credits, additional slots can be booked for a flat £60 transport fee. No hidden costs, ever.

Yes — all plans are rolling monthly with no fixed term or minimum commitment. Give 28 days written notice to cancel or switch tier at any time.
Standard vision panels are fully included. Heavily glazed or lead-shielded doors (e.g. X-ray rooms) may carry a handling surcharge — always quoted and agreed before collection.
Once your plan is confirmed, your first collection can typically be scheduled within 5–7 working days. Priority subscribers are booked ahead of ad-hoc orders from day one.
